Garrett, I also really love teamwork. I have experience with what it feels like to be a team... my swim team just won, again, the Western Region Sectional Meet for three divisions... girls, guys, and combined. The photos of us on the podium really show how much a team can do and how much we are one, and how we really love each other. It is incredible that you can bring a team into a room and you can talk together and can be brought to tears. Teams are so strong. I liked that you talked about the fact that teams don't always work out... how true! It has happened to all of us. I really loved your presentation... I know you are passionate about the topic!

I find it intersting how important teams become to our life. I think that it si very important to work together, not against one another. I think that often people forget how important it is to accept everyone on a team. I also think that it would be important to address the growth of an individual within a group, and to be very concious of how the group affects each person within it. Good job.
